HBC entered into an Exclusive License and Supply Agreement granting Fission Holdings worldwide rights to market and sell ProGo® in the affiliate, network marketing, and MLM channel. Fission shall purchase a minimum of $3M of ProGo® by January 31, 2027, with an annualised projection of over $5M.

Health Canada · Qualified Health Claims
Following an extensive scientific assessment by Canadian health authorities, ProGo® became the first and only non-iron product in Canada to receive regulatory approval for iron health claims — confirming its effect in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. These claims are also internationally recognized across most Asian countries.
These claims apply specifically to ProGo® bioactive peptides as manufactured and supplied by Hofseth BioCare ASA. Structure/Function Claims are compliant with 21 CFR 101.93. Health Canada Qualified Health Claims are regulated under the Natural Health Products Regulations. All claims are the regulatory property of HBC and are licensed for use by Fission Holdings LLC and ORYGN within the permitted distribution channel.
